The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min in Bad Säckingen, Wehr oder Rheinfelden (D&CH) und innerhalb von 15 Min in Schopfheim. Basel ist innerhalb von ca. 25 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Tetto Piccolo, the small roof (own apartment)

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

An apartment to relax in. The pleasant colors and the special architectural construction are unique. Verner Panton, Fritz Hansen, Eames, USM Haller and Marazzi tiles ... those who appreciate good design will feel at home here. Classics from the 50s and 70s mixed with antique and simple furniture make life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation a pleasure. The shared use of our old garden with fireplace completes this offer.

Whether you're passing through or staying for a vacation, you can relax wonderfully in this spacious and serene space, close to the nature reserve and the Rhine. Bike path 2 leads almost past the house. By public transport you can reach Basel in 30 minutes. A separate entrance gives you freedom and independence. The whole apartment and also the bathroom are wheelchair accessible. It is a self-contained apartment in a detached house.
