Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.
