The apartment is peacefully located in a well maintained residential building and is offered during my world journey to guests who value mindfulness, respect, and unique places. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
