We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our terraced house. In a quiet residential area, you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and a central location, you can quickly get to the city center or the trade fair center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord highway ramp (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the convention center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.
