Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite its direct proximity to the city center (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress complex (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also within minutes walking distance.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Our luxurious apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the wine pavilion Koch and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking or biking and stopping at the huts in the Palatinate Forest. Occupancy is designed for either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Cozy apartment in a former winemaker's house

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.

Half-timbered house in the heart of Annweiler 400 years old

The Gerberhaus is very idyllically located in the medieval Wassergasse, which is closed to traffic, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, the marketplace is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (parking lot Zwinger P6). On hot days just put your feet in the Queich right outside the door.
