The one-bedroom cottage is a tranquil haven with a separate kitchen/living area which faces the vege garden. There's an occasional train. Private entrance and off-street parking outside the door. Heating/aircon. Breakfast - muesli, yogurt, toast, egg and Nespresso coffee We are very close to the centre of the historic town and heritage buildings. Easy access to the river walkway and shops. Supermarket and cafes are a 5 minute stroll. Thermal hot pools are 5 minutes away. Pets are welcome.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.
