By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nice near the forest and is very suitable for hiking and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes.
