The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right in front of the house.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The 54 m² apartment is located in the attic of our new terraced corner house. Bakery, Butcher and grocer nearby. The train station is about 5 minutes away by foot. Lake Schliersee in 5 minutes and Lake Tegernsee in 15 minutes by car. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, skiers and bikers. Own electric charging station available. We and our 2 cats live in the same house on the first floor and 2nd floor. Shared house entrance.
