Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Everything ADK in your own back yard - trails for hiking, sledding and snowshoeing, stream, pond and tree-houses! Stone’s Schoolhouse resides on 200 picturesque acres overlooking the Schroon River, 2.5 miles outside the Hamlet of Warrensburg. The Craftsman style home is decorated with antiques and has an open floor-plan, giving it a modern feel. There are mountain and river views from every window. Lake George Village 10 minutes, Skiing Gore & West Mountains 30 minutes.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
