Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Warwick

Our family loved this Narragansett home. It was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. The guest passes for the beach and binder full of helpful suggestions were great bonuses. Everything in the home was easy to find and the kitchen was fully stocked. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had.

AMAZING! Comfortable stay for our group. House was in pristine condition! Host remained in communication the whole time making sure check in process went in smoothly. Definitely worth the stay!

Thank you very much for hosting my family of three generations for a week-long summer vacation! The host was responsive and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. She delivered an extra blanket and an air mattress to us at midnight. She had a basket of fruits, snacks, and water bottles welcoming our arrival. The house was tastefully decorated, and the furniture was beautiful. We loved the large dining table and extra sleeping spaces. It is about an 18-minute and a 45-minute drive to Providence and Newport, respectively. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Rhode Island.

This is our second stay at Courtenay's historic home. As she describes - it's an old home with the idiosyncracies of a home with over 200 years of history. It is a spacious home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has all you'll need. The area can't be beat if you are visiting Providence and/or Brown University. We were lucky enough to book her house during our son's graduation and could walk up the hill to the campus in 5 minutes. Courtenay is always responsive and flexible. We will stay there again!

Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

Beautiful home in a stunning part of New Bedford

This place was the perfect meet-in-middle place during our honeymoon. We started in Newport and finished in Block Island, but we needed a cool and cozy place where we could be absolutely at home while visiting family in the area and this was it. The house was really cool, with all its balconies and the loft style. The couches and big chair were so comfy. The bed was also the best bed we had slept in during our entire honeymoon as well. Jo Ann had also surprised us with a gifted champagne to celebrate and lots of delicious snacks. She was very responsive and welcoming. The home itself had lots of personality, including a lot of sweet family photos and charming knickknacks that made me smile. I highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on visiting again.

This honestly was the BEST family vacation we have had. The home was not only perfectly located in a safe welcoming area but the house itself was gorgeous! Fully stocked. They even left us some wine and coffee! Had a pack and play and high chair all set up. We even used their running stroller and Zack was kind enough to order in a pump for the wheels as they weren’t full. The area itself is the best. Ive never felt safer or more welcomed. The neighbors were kind and thoughtful. They are quiet and respectful. Beach is SO close and its very very nice. So many things to do near by but in a quiet secluded area. Not to mention Zack was a superb host. Answered almost immediately and made sure to communicate everything thoroughly and was as kind as could be! We are looking forward to coming back next year and making this trip a family tradition. Im already looking forward to it!! 10/5 stars!!!

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Had such a great stay at Michael’s place. He provided very clear instructions for check-in, which was extremely helpful as we got in later at night than we had originally intended. The space itself was cute and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Zero complaints, will stay here again in the future!

Marianne’s place is cute everything you need is there! She even left us coffee and cereal. Great location

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

We stayed for 5 nights at Carmel and Mike’s place and we had the best time! The place was clean, inviting and spacious. You can tell that great thought was put into making it feel like a home away from home for anybody who might stay there. From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed with how well the place was stocked with anything you might need, including cooking utensils, tea, coffee, shampoos and conditioners, etc. Everything was just as described in the listing, and they really left no stone unturned. The real highlight of the place is the rooftop deck, which we made great use of during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be making several return trips in the future! Thank you Carmel and Mike!

This was one of my top 5 airbnb stays for so many reasons! The weather was cool enough for a fire and then I could go to sleep with the breeze coming in the windows to the sound of the sea and then wake up to the sound of birds chirping! The hosts had thought of every kind of provision, including hard boiled eggs, pastries, light snacks and cold water. Coffee and tea for any time of day. The walk to the beach was perfect and then a fire at night made it exceptional. I will definitely be back!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. This is by far the coziest and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was the perfect home base for my Providence trip- warm, charming, and a little quirky. Allena has provided a ton of resources to help you plan out your days. The location is also wonderful- near Brown's campus, the train station, and the river. And the chickens out back are the cherry on top!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! Thanks for having us! :)

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Liliane's place is a great find. It is in a very convenient location in Newport where you can walk to the water and multiple shops and restaurants. The space is filled with light and it was very clean. It's a very comfortable place to come back to after exploring Newport. Liliane was a fantastic host, very responsive and provided very clear instructions. We would stay here again.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.
