Holiday rentals with beach access in Washington County

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

Beautiful location, love the the access to the lake as well to multiple activities in the private backyard. Great walking distance to the beach which was accessible at any time of day and night. Friendly environment, a lot of local moments throughout the day making the area felt alive even in off season. Close enough to the casinos, local restaurants and activities. Premises was quiet at night, didn’t hear other units other than light foot steps, as a light sleeper I had no problems having a good nights rest.

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

Patricia was responsive. The apartment was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable and private. This is a full size apartment with plenty of room. The garden at the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Now let’s talk about location. Take a short walk to a breathtaking park or a 10 minute walk into town. Whether you want to have dinner or enjoy shops and bookstores, this is the place to be. I absolutely loved it. Patricia is a great host. I highly recommend this property.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

Thomas’s place was very clean and welcoming, sleeping quarters were very comfortable and bedding was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our favorite family dinners and the dining table in the sunroom was great for eating in, however, our favorite spot to eat was on the front porch. It was the perfect space to enjoy a nice home cooked meal and take in the beautiful surrounding! Very pretty neighborhood! Thomas made sure we had everything we needed and was an exceptional communicator along the way. Our family enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home based on our great experience! We had such a wonderful stay in Narragansett! Amanda and Eric were responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Their place was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, with attention to every little detail that made the space feel cozy and relaxing. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway — close to the beach, great restaurants, and peaceful surroundings to unwind and catch up. We truly appreciated how well cared for the home felt. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming and convenient stay in Narragansett!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

This house is a cozy beach cottage in a great location! The deck and yard were the best part of the rental with the beach parking pass and beach supplies a total bonus. We had a great stay at this house. Location: It is walkable to a couple cafes, restaurants and an ice cream window by about a mile so location was not only beautiful on the water but convenient for errands. To note, two of the bedrooms are tight in size and don’t have central air or ceiling fans so they got very hot at night. There is also no tub for anyone traveling with little kids who may need a wash up. We spent the majority of our time outside in early August and this house was perfect for that.

This house was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to visit our daughter at URI. It is close to campus and many restaurant choices. The home was exactly as described, very clean and the location is private but close to everything. Michaela is a very responsive host and it was very clear to me that she wants her guests to be comfortable and feel at home! I would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future!

Caroline’s place was great. She was a very responsive host and her place was as described. It was clean, spacious easy to get in and good location. There were lots of good restaurants and beaches nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

Joan has a beautiful home and made for sucg a relaxing girls retreat. The location was great nothing was more then 20 minute drive to local shops or casino and beaches. Home is beautiful and comfortable and we all loved a morning coffee in the sun room.

I felt instantly relaxed as soon as we walked into 11 Emma G! It was the perfect spot for our family of 3 to relax and enjoy my son’s college graduation. The cottage was exactly as it was described and had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and attractions. Maureen was a fabulous host, proactive with communication, and quick to respond. We hope to return to this cottage again in the future.

My partner and I just stayed at Anna’s place, quick Thurs-Sun getaway. Anna is super sweet and responsive! Check in was very. easy, walkable to everything you could possibly want or need. Quiet surroundings as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better kid free stay!

Patti’s place is perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach! The apartment also has lovely porch that overlooks a water outlet. Very clean and just as described. The kitchen is decently stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster oven, etc. If you plan to cook large meals, recommend bringing some larger pots/pans/Tupperware. We had an issue with the fire alarm which was handled within 5 minutes by the host’s brother who lives next door - so impressive how fast they got it fixed! Partner and I both worked from the apartment for one day and didn’t have any issues with the wifi. Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. the location is great -- walkable to a lot of the restaurants and shops in town and the ferry. The Airbnb is as described -- bring your own sheets and towels. I felt like the price was really good compared to other places on the island. very clean, comfortable beds.
