It was exactly what we needed for a one stay visiting family. The unit was spacious and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and conveniently located. Kyle was a good communicator and we would stay again in the future.

Apt was brand new inside with a beautiful kitchen. Easy access with parking spot and short distance to many Ann Arbor spots. Marius was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely rent here again!

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

This was a great Airbnb for University of Michigan graduation weekend. I loved hearing the frogs outside when I would get back from Ann Arbor at night. It was very relaxing. Only a 30 minute drive to campus on heavy traffic times.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

Griffin's family welcomed me over the holidays with a beautiful handdrawn greeting card with a dog of course on the cover because Griffin's place allows dogs and I had one. Along with the card were some scrumptious chocolate truffles so they must have known about my sweet tooth. This is a spacious studio with plenty of nice furnishings. There is a backyard with a short trail to walk your pet. The instructions were easy to follow, a nice welcome for this weary traveler. Great location near Toyota's R&D facility, the highways, and a short drive from Ann Arbor.

Sara was quick to responding to our concerns and able to rectify all issues. The apartment was very clean although smaller than I thought but comfortable. Easy access to the laundry room. That was a bonus to us and utilized! We could have used more towels, kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, they had everything we could have wanted or needed. Thank you, Sara, for being a great host.

Dorcas was the easiest AIRB&B host I have ever worked with. Great communication and always got a quick response. The instructions were clear on what the property offered. Kitchen supplies were very adequate. Each room had a different theme with newer decor. My party loved sitting in the back yard at night.

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. The house was clean and cozy and had everything you might need. Dave was very responsive when we had questions and check in and out was seamless. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and Dave was a great host.

I booked this house because my son was getting married in Ann Arbor. The house worked perfectly for all the set-up we needed to do - baking, flower arranging and welcome bags and then it was a great place for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready and have pictures taken. The house was exactly as described - it is even more spacious than the pictures reflect and the outside space in the backyard is delightful - truly zen! Wan-Hsiang was the perfect host and was extremely flexible when it came to my checking in a little early and checking out a little late. I have nothing but good things to say!

We had a great time staying here for the weekend. Comfortably slept all seven people in our party. There was lots of space in the house for all of us to hang out and relax. John was super helpful and responsive the entire weekend when needed. The unit was clean, all the towels and sheets were fresh. Checking in and checking out was seamless. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

This is a home in a quiet (but conveniently located) neighborhood, that has clearly been lovingly cared for, and meticulously maintained for decades. James is incredibly responsive, and friendly, and kind! We asked for accommodations for our scent allergies, and he immediately understood, and went far and beyond what we asked for. The house is absolutely spotless, and completely free of clutter. It also has many touches that clearly mark it as a beloved personal dwelling. It has comfortable and functional furniture, a professional looking paint job on the walls, gorgeous faucets, new frypan, a tea kettle with a thermometer, large, new washer and dryer, Bosch dishwasher, really cool books on the shelves, and a well-cared for garden with trees that make the standard-sized backyard completely private. We’ve stayed many times in Ann Arbor, and this is now at the top of our list of places to stay.

Spectacular and outstanding place. Greg is an excellent host. If we have to make another trip, we'll look for any of Greg's listing first for availability, before others.

We loved staying at Greg’s for our visit to Ann Arbor for the weekend! We had two small toddlers with us and the playground across the street was an amazing asset to our stay! Greg also graciously put out a pack and play for us when I messaged him a few hours before our arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Dalibor could not have been more helpful with making me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very responsive. This townhome is as beautiful as the pictures, if not more. Fully furnished, all linens and pots and pans. The complex is private quiet, and close to the highway. Definitely worth the stay.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

Great value, modern and simple decor. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient to everything Flat Rock, or even downtown Detroit.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.
