Monthly Rentals in Watauga County

This is a very cute and homey place to stay while you’re in Boone. It is stocked better than any Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. There were a lot of spices, some food, dishes, towels, and anything you might need whether you’re staying for a week or a weekend. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Very nice place and would definitely stay again. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding for a weekend. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Heather's place was fantastic. We rented it for our daughter's graduation from App State and it was perfect for us. We are fairly active so loved that we could walk from the house to campus - it is hilly but not terrible. Heather was extremely communicative and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Such a charming quiet little Airbnb. The host was SO responsive to our requests. Sunsets over the mountains is an extra special treat. Easy to get to, easy parking, and extremely relaxing! Highest recommendation in the Boone/Blowing Rock, NC area! 🥰🥰

Great stay! Aaron and his wife are super friendly and very responsive, they brought toys down for our kids to play with and brought us a coffee grinder as well. Gorgeous property, quiet and peaceful but close to town! Perfect for our stay with two kids :) thank you guys!!
