Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.

This is a freshly refurbished flat in a restored Victorian townhouse with Arthur's seat visible from the garden. Conveniently situated on a main road into the city centre, it is 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking, bus stop located across the road. It is a popular area with many bars, restaurants, The Queen's Hall and Festival Theatre nearby. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.

Our home is perfectly located with excellent transport links to access Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Ocean Terminal. There is a lovely private garden with a Summerhouse. We are a short walk to Murrayfield Stadium and a 7 minute tram ride to Edinburgh West End, 10 minutes to Edinburgh Mound and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We are in a quiet residential area but in minutes you can be in the midst of the bars, cafes and restaurants.

Room is located on the first floor in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There is fresh bedding in the room to ensure a comfortable night sleep. The room boasts a view of the Edinburgh Zoo. Pentland hills can also be seen from the shared living room and shared kitchen (good for hiking and skiing). The place is a short walk to the tram, which you can take to get to Edinburgh city centre and airport in < 19 mins. Supermarket is also walking distance.

Single room in garden flat with ensuite bathroom. Very near Botanic Gardens and on 4 bus routes. Princes St is within walking distance. I share the flat with my Labradoodle pup, Charlie. No smokers please. Wifi available and use of kitchen. Laundry facilities available for stays of one week or more (or £15 for each wash/dry). There is also a laundrette nearby. 10% discount on prices for Scottish Gaelic speakers or learners.
