Heather is welcoming, honest in the description of the accomodations and upfront with expectations of the guest- be respectful to all who are sharing space. She is kind and easy to speak with. I had several conversations with her during my multi day stay and they were as comfortable as reuniting with a friend. Her communication with guests is very transparent, even going as far as to let me know she would be entering the bedroom (shared) to change linens and clean prior to another guest's arrival. My only recommendation is for FUTURE GUESTS, not Heather, READ THE LISTING THOROUGHLY. If you do and then proceed to book you will share in the beauty of a very cost effective, laid back, accepting environment that meets all the needs of a traveler.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay ! Very cozy , neighborhood was cool & quiet . Was a bit of a drive to get downtown to more scenery but would book again !

This place was ideal for us as we needed a place that was safe, clean, and well priced for long stay (4-5 weeks). It was small but had everything required for us to stay without bringing anything. The landlord was great for all needed arrangements.

David was great! I was able to book last minute and he was very responsive.
