The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Newly renovated & modern furnished apartment in a listed house at the harbor head at the historic Old Harbor in Weener. The approx. 50 sqm cozy apartment is located on the second floor. You have a magnificent view over the harbor. In the bedroom, a double bed is available (180 × 200). In the living & dining area, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Parking is free at the harbor square. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. Renovation of the exterior facade starting August 17, 2022.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
