This place is amazing! We had the best friends weekend. The house and garden are beautiful and has everything you need. There were also games at the house. Pasja always responded really quick and helped, when we had a question. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The perfect stay if you want to enjoy a break in the great outdoors. Pia is a very nice landlady and is always available for questions.

We had a wonderful break in the countryside and enjoyed the tranquility and nature to the fullest. Pia and her husband were extremely warm and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean and tidy, and we felt incredibly comfortable from the start. Everything was perfectly prepared and we can absolutely recommend this place. We booked the entire accommodation for a family meeting / event with 13 people and felt completely comfortable. We quickly agreed on the division of the sleeping places/rooms and during the stay it was always possible to find one's own private retreat in the spacious garden or in one of the apartments. We particularly liked the large, bright 'common room' on the upper floor of the old school building, where we could all prepare meals together and then eat together at a long table. The room is really very nice. Many thanks to Pia, we will be happy to come back in one form or another!

I have never experienced such good-hearted people! We were welcomed with open arms and felt right at home. Cleanliness is a top priority for hosts. Although we were only there for 2 days, they looked at the pool again in between and looked for cleanliness. We highly recommend this place & we will definitely take another break there. We had a wonderful time in this idyllically located house! It was super clean, very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. A very special highlight for us was the opportunity to use the motorboat provided – this made our stay unforgettable. Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

Great cozy and clean accommodation in the heart of Greetsil, also very good with children. The owners were very accommodating and, for example, set up a baby bed.

Wonderful hosts! Both Bert and Anita were so kind to show us around the property, as well as check with us to make sure we had what we needed. Lovely location and beautiful house!

We were with 8 women over the weekend in Henk's house and felt completely comfortable, as it is cozily furnished and very spacious. There were also several seating areas behind the house. Since we had 30 degrees, we did not use the beautiful sauna. The house is very quiet, a bit remote, which we liked.

The cottage was very lovingly and more than just child-friendly. There were a lot of toys, reading books, musical instruments and hundreds of little things that show that Cora is a host with heart and soul. My son and I felt extremely comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Cora and Guntram. All around there was a wonderful landscape to admire and the runners who were running around the yard were very cute. Overall, the best accommodation and the best hosts we could wish for.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

I stayed for 2 nights with a friend for a nice weekend escape in the nature: best choice we could make! The hosts are super friendly and made us feel at home since the very first moment. The little house has everything you need, and more, to make it a very special place: the fireplace and the cd player with audio system were the highlights! We also enjoyed the nature and peaceful surroundings. Definitely recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, Edwin has a truly amazing place. a massive garden for the children to play in, with pool etc. a very spacious living quarters with a big kitchen. all and all we really enjoyed our family weekend and can highly recommend it!

I would happily recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Even just walking onto the property we found it to be stunning! So beautiful and artistic inside and out. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and made a beautiful meal that we ate together at the table. So gezellig!

We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment was as described. The garden is beautiful and very idyllic. Unfortunately, despite the great weather, we didn't have time for the pool. Next time...

The Schleusenheusken deserves 5 stars plus. We stayed in the "Lütje Deep" apartment and found our stay to be a true wellness experience. The apartment consists of a separate living and sleeping area with access to the terrace and the garden with a fantastic swimming pond. The rooms and the bathroom are clean, modern and meet the highest standards. Gabriele and Rheinhard are warm and helpful hosts. We can recommend everyone to book this great accommodation.

It was a very nice stay in the cottage of the bronze bucket! Beautiful location in wooded area and wonderfully quiet. In older updates, I read about a noisy heater, but that didn't bother us, maybe recently renewed? In any case, it was wonderfully warm to get what was welcome after a day of mountain biking. As an extra bonus, we were allowed to check out later so we could still shower after the Sunday bike ride, very much appreciated.

We had a very nice weekend in this cozy cottage with two children. Nice and quiet but also plenty to do in the area.
