Accommodation top, well equipped, location good, size good and also pleasantly cool in summer temperatures. If you are traveling with small children, you may be pleased to know that it does not get completely dark in the bedroom/living room despite the blackout curtains.

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

I booked this accommodation super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. Both the children and the adults had fun and relaxation. the accommodation was clean and the hosts were super nice - we felt very welcome and at home! We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to get to.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. The apartment was occupied by our employee for over 6 months due to away work and he felt very comfortable there. Very cozy, clean, fully equipped, quiet and great in the countryside. Wonderful! Aschendorf train station and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating. Everything is great! 5/5 points!

A wonderful girlfriend weekend at the end of Germany. Solitary location (that's how we wanted it) directly on the dike. You fall asleep to the croaking of a hundred frogs... pure nature. The house exudes East Frisian charm and has been lovingly and carefully renovated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked ourselves. Everything was no problem. Everything was available. Our hostess and her family were always there for us. No question, no wish was left unanswered. This is how it should be everywhere, so we are very happy to give the full score here and will certainly come back to cycling.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and was cozier than in the pictures. Communication was smooth. We spent lot of our time outdoors using the grill and spending time with the horses and donkeys. All in all 10/10. Would come here again.

My sister, dad and I had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds very cozy. The garden can also be used and there we ate a piece of cake:) Highly recommend. Petra recommended us a bike rental!

A highly recommended accommodation with everything you need for a stay 😊 For the location, a bicycle is recommended, but it is also within walking distance if you have no problem walking about 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment offers plenty of space, is very clean and the kitchen offers everything you need! We will be happy to come back!

Apartment is corresponding to the description and photos. Plenty of space. Beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old mill. Stairs to the attic are not so good for people with joint problems. Beds 140 cm wide. It is better to confirm parking on the property in advance.
