The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Beautiful old manor from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Core Water Wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
