The house hast been completely renovated. The Apartment is in the first floor. It's attraktiv and it is lovly incide. There is a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for another one or two people, bathroom with toilete/shower. You are welcome to use the garden and the pool. The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrum und des Aasees. Die Fachhochschule ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten ( B67 in näherer Umgebung). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und Metzger, sowie Lebensmittelmarkt sind ca. 1000 m entfernt. Unser Haus und das Apartment liegen in einer Sackgasse, öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben das Apartment praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Wohlfühlwohnung in Winnekendonk

Diese hübsche Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz liegt zentral gelegen im schönen Golddorf Winnekendonk, einem Stadtteil der Wallfahrtsstadt Kevelaer. Im Ort befinden sich Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermarkt und ein Minigolfplatz (ab Mai). Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. In nur wenigen Minuten gelangt man ins Stadtzentrum von Kevelaer. Die Niederlande und der Flughafen Weeze sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Fleuth, Niers und Sonsbecker Schweiz laden zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren ein.

Die schöne helle Wohnung liegt umgeben von Feldern am Ortsrand von Bislich. Die Ende 2018 komplett renovierte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und enthält eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine sowie ein neues Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet, alle anderen Wohnbereiche mit grossflächigen Fliesen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Eine private Terrasse (mit Grill) steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden.
