The accommodation is close to the border with the Netherlands (20 km) and centrally located between the cities of Aachen (50 km), Düsseldorf (40 km), Cologne (70 km) and Mönchengladbach (20 km). The completely renovated 65m apartment captivates with bright, fully furnished rooms. A cozy outdoor area in the courtyard also invites you to linger.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
