The 3-room apartment is brightly furnished and air conditioned. It is located on the second floor of a terraced house and is suitable for families or couples who want to visit Munich or Dachau, as well as for business travelers, fitters and commuters. The apartment is over 60 square meters and is located in a quiet location. The S-Bahn station (S2 Vierkirchen) is 100 meters from the house. There are 2 supermarkets, bakeries, a gas station and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful apartment Karlsfeld / MUC

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
