Enjoy the fascinating city center up close. In the middle of the city, yet quite quiet. Everything is within walking distance. 7 min. to the train station, 5 min. to all shopping centers, 1 min. marketplace, 2 minutes to the historic collegiate church, 2 minutes to the Schönbuch. Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
