Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for the good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues.

Villa Via Vita

The spacious guest room is located in a wooden house in the basement area. In the living area there is an aviary with cute budgerigars. These are sometimes a little louder/more active at dawn. The private fenced small garden with beautiful rustic seating also offers space for compatible four-legged friends. Located directly by the forest, a hike can be started immediately. Located between Garmisch and Munich.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Our welcoming open-plan gallery apartment offers you modern comforts and stylish living. This can easily be reached via an external staircase for you. The idyllic foothills of the Alps with its picturesque lakes invite you to relaxing moments. Munich, Augsburg and Garmisch can be reached in one hour by car.
