Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Das Zimmer liegt im Souterrain einer Villa in guter Lage von Weimar. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang an der Seite der Villa wo sich auch eine kleine Außensitzecke mit Tisch für die Gäste befindet. Dort geht man ein paar Treppen zum Eingang herunter. Im Vorraum ist die Garderobe wo sich auch ein Kühlschrank Wasserkocher und Nespresso Kaffemaschine befindet. Von dort aus ist das WC begehbar. Schlafraum hat ein 1,40x2 m Bett mit Sitzecke und kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Keine Küche!

Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss und liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Weimar. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete, moderne Einbauküche. Das Bad mit Badewanne und die große Sonnenterrasse laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zugang zum Apartment erfolgt eigenständig über einen Schlüsselkasten. Gern sind wir auch persönlich für Euch vor Ort.

Eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch bietet dann gesamt Platz für max. 3 Personen. Im wunderschönen grünen Innenhof kann man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen!

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Flur, Küche und Bad und ist ausgestattet mit modernem Interior. Bis zum zentral gelegenen Goethehaus und den gemütlichen Cafés sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der historische Friedhof liegt nur etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Das angesagte Szeneviertel, mit Kneipen, kleinen Shops liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
