Nadine and her mother are excellent hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment is situated in a beautiful district of Jena. Everything matches the description. Very clean and quiet, equipped with all comforts. Recommended for short and long stays.

The apartment on the 3rd floor is beautiful! We (2 children + me) felt right at home, the beds are super comfortable, the children's room makes children's hearts beat faster, books and puzzles are also available, everything is clean and lovingly equipped, we lacked nothing. The key handover took place without any problems between our mothers, so that we could arrive flexibly. We were also allowed to stay in the apartment until 1 pm because our train left at 2 pm. So we didn't have to carry the luggage through the city. Olivia is very friendly and responds very quickly. The apartment is within walking distance to the market square downhill and a beautiful playground uphill. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit family in Gera!

Great apartment in a three-party house. Perfectly equipped kitchen with beautiful furniture. Everything as described. Even if the street is busy, the windows insulate the noise perfectly. There is a large supermarket nearby and you can reach the old town in a few minutes by tram. Parking was not a problem, we had found a parking space right in front of the door and in Erfurt you do not need a car for discoveries. The check-in was perfectly described and worked without any problems. Friederike responded to our messages immediately. We would definitely book the apartment again if we had the opportunity.

We had a really nice weekend in the Thuringian Forest! The apartment is quiet, was sparkling clean and really lovingly furnished – just right to unwind and feel good. Silke was really nice and had many good tips for us, which made the stay even more relaxing. We felt really well taken care of and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

Everything worked out very well and the apartment was nice. We felt welcome and at home. The apartment was also very quiet. We didn't hear anything from the street or other residents. Opposite there was a baker with delicious rolls and the Rewe is also a few minutes' walk away. Parking was easy in Spittelgartenstrasse, Hans-Sailor-Str. and especially in Nettelbeckufer. The city and attractions can be reached quickly by tram. Conclusion: We would book the apartment again at any time for a break in Erfurt.

We felt very comfortable with Lutz and Sabine. They were super friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is quiet and allows many excursions to the nearby area (Gotha, Erfurt,..). The apartment is lovingly decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. Glad to come back!

Fantastic location! Unfortunately, we were only there one night. The surroundings are simply wonderful. In the apartment, I felt a bit like in a mountain cabin, which I liked very much. A good choice in the area. Communication with Michael was very friendly and straightforward.

Peter and his wife are very friendly and open hosts. They are proactive and approach their guests with open arms. They are communicative and available when needed. The apartment is as it is in the photos. The photos do not reflect the size of this place well and there is a lot of space. Although the apartment is close to the highway, it is a very quiet apartment and you cannot feel the proximity of the highway either in the house or in the yard. We were worried about it. The apartment is warm and cozy, has a nice atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. As I mentioned, it has a lot of space and it is very comfortable to live in. To be honest, I was surprised how much this apartment offers, definitely more than I expected. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is of high quality, nothing is missing. You can get the impression that it was not created for rent but for living. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back here :)

Holger was always friendly, quick and easy to reach and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were maximally straightforward and flexible. The apartment was very clean and corresponded perfectly to the description in every way. Its location is excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation and Holger as a landlord!

The apartment was just as described, very nicely decorated and clean. The location is good, relatively central, but still not too noisy. I especially liked the direct proximity to the Gera. The only drawback: Parking is difficult to get, as there is a resident parking zone directly at the apartment and the free parking spaces are almost continuously occupied. All in all but definitely a very nice and inexpensive place to stay. I will definitely be happy to come back on my next visit to Erfurt!

It was all good! Unfortunately, we were only passing through to fully enjoy it.

A beautiful apartment, about a 15-minute walk from the center. There were four of us (2: adults and two older children) and everything worked wonderfully. Wifi was fast enough for Netflix, the TV was modern and the apartment spacious enough. A set of beautiful glasses may be missing, but otherwise everything is perfect.

We were only in the Fuchsbau for one night and loved that this was possible at all. A really nice, homely and furnished with many tasteful details, which we will certainly visit again when we come to Erfurt again.

Short city trip as a family with two teenagers. A wonderful starting point for this. In the middle of the tourist attractions and with plenty of youth-friendly shopping experiences.

I was in Jena from the USA to attend a multi-day family event maybe 200 meters from Axel’s unit. I was perfect in every way although I spent very little time there because of the parties. i also did not use the kitchen nor living room. Axel quickly answered any question and greeted me personally at the start and end. A nice stay and people at the parties will likely try to book his unit in the future. Danke schoen Azelp

Everything was great. The apartment is in the attic where it is nice and quiet. Thanks to air conditioning, it's not a problem even in the summer. Tram around the corner where you can get there quickly, but don't hear it. Short walk to the city. Free parking on the street was also possible, which is not self-evident in Jena. You have to accept climbing stairs, but it's everywhere in Jena.

The home is just as described. We felt very comfortable. All 6 beds were very cozy, the apartment is very tastefully decorated, everything was very clean and Hiltrud welcomed us very nicely and showed us everything. Erfurt is worth a trip anyway. We'll be back. Many warm regards from Christine

A great apartment with all the working equipment. After a short shopping trip around the corner, you can enjoy a stay with all the trimmings. We were there with bicycles, and could reach the city center within a few minutes! Great!🌞
