If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Our small quiet attic apartment, with 7 x 2 m loggia, is self-contained and only accessible to guests in the rented period.It has been renovated and is located between the margrave city of Bayreuth and the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city of Bamberg (distance approx. 35 minutes by car) in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. Nearby is the Therme Obernsees about 15 km away. In Pottenstein 30 km away is the Devil's Cave as well as other leisure activities.

Small new apartment

Our three newly renovated apartments are located on the first floor of an inn, which was renovated and reopened in 2023. Feel free to be our guest here from Friday to Tuesday and enjoy typical Franconian snacks, as well as home-brewed beer. Apartment 56 (approx. 12 square meters) consists of a bedroom, which offers the possibility for another sleeping place due to the pull-out function of the bed and a small kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Welten vacation home

Due to the location on the outskirts, it is quiet, and the fenced garden invites you to linger. Dogs are very welcome, have enough space to play here and can move freely. We allow ourselves to charge €5 per night per dog for the extra cleaning effort, which is to be paid upon departure. For the colder season, a Swedish stove in the living room provides warmth and the rain shower provides a relaxing shower.

Vacation home in the forest

Newly renovated, bright and rural apartment. 3 minutes' walk to the forest, hiking trails on the doorstep. Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in the king-size bed, south-facing balcony and smart TV.

A garden house, part of an old farm with a large natural garden and orchards, with rare flowers and delicious fruits, with chickens and bees and goats as neighbors... The property is located on the clear Weismain stream and is embedded in the picturesque Kleinziegenfelder valley with its climbing rocks, beech forests and hiking trails.

Unsere sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss (ca. 70 m²) lädt zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein. Das Haus, direkt am Friesenbach, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Auf Wunsch - Brötchen-Service möglich!
