During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

This rustic alpine hut is located on a small clearing in the middle of the forest in a secluded location. The hut can accommodate up to 10 people and is fully equipped. There is running water and also hot water available. There is electricity in the hut that is generated and stored by a photovoltaic system.
