The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

On the outskirts of Naumburg in the middle of the beautiful Saale Valley, I offer guests three apartments, all of which are in one house. (Ideal for larger groups of up to 15 guests). Here you can book apartment 2. This is in the house on the second floor. There is room for up to four guests in this apartment. (2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen and bathroom - just for your travel group) In the courtyard there is a cozy wooden hut for larger groups, a barbecue and lockable rooms for your bikes.

In der 1. Etage finden Sie Schlafzimmer 1 mit Badezimmer 1 sowie die Sauna die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Im 2. EG finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und Badezimmer 2 (siehe Fotorundgang). Im EG lädt eine Bauernküche zum Kochen ein. Der Hof kann frei genutzt, eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.
