Ein Duschbad und ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und großem Flachbildfernseher. W-lan Zugang, Schallschutzfenster, sehr gute Lage zwischen Friedrichsau und Stadtmitte, Rewe, Lidl und Busshaltestelle 100m entfernt. Stadtmitte 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Eigener Zugang zum Hinterhof.
