Our apartment, equipped with a beautiful view of the Iller Valley, has a very good connection to the following cities and regions, - 10 min. to Ulm - About an hour to Munich/Stuttgart - 50 min. to Lake Constance - 40 min. to Allgäu The apartment is lovingly decorated, fully furnished and with its own bathroom including shower/toilet. Underfloor heating is part of the apartment as well as TV, leather couch, but also its own kitchen with dining table. Parking spaces are available and free of charge next to the apartment

On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. To Ulm in about 15 minutes, Legoland in about 30 minutes, Swabian Alps 30 minutes, Allgäu Airport Memmingen approx. 30 minutes, Oberstdorf in the Allgäu approx. 1.15 hours, Lake Constance Lindau approx. 1 hour (by car)

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
