For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cozy apartment overlooking the Mittagskogel

The air-conditioned apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Villach Warmbad. In the immediate vicinity of the spa park, the area invites you to take walks and hiking tours. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a former family hotel. An elevator is available. There is an electronically operated awning above the balcony. In the living room you can either relax with a movie from our selection or Netflix. Our surround system ensures good sound.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Beautiful wooden house on the Lake Bled shore has been built with a desire to offer you a unique serene place, full of peace and silence, as well as a place where nature would be able to show its greatness. House with a private beach, is a top spot close to the city centre, Bled Castle, lake island, hiking, fishing, mountain biking is available in a close area. Enjoy the nature view and private swimming area.

Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.

When you experience your first Alpine sunset behind the gable-filling panoramic window of our Stadel-Loft, your soul will leap, if not before! You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

Drava Valley panoramic position

This modular house was built in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location. Various lakes, such as Lake Millstatt or Lake Weissensee, can be reached in a short time by car. A short walk from the house, you can visit a very popular swimming pool or in winter the adjacent ice rink. Great family ski resorts such as Goldeck or Gerlitzen can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
