Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.
