This charming retreat combines the tranquility of remote seclusion with convenient access to local eateries, convenience stores, & sporting shops. Explore nearby nature trails minutes away, or reach popular ski resorts within a half-hour drive. Guests looking to relax can unwind in the hot tub or relax by the fireplace. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Located on the Salmon River, this Cabin is full of 60's charm and equipped with modern conveniences like a hot tub, high speed Wifi and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. Make s'mores by the river or cozy up with a good book by the indoor fireplace. Several bars & restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and it's only 20 minutes to SkiBowl.

Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. The Roost - Contemporary Rustic Cabin

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!

Located near The Resort at the Mountain, you're only 20 miles to Timberline Lodge and all of Mt. Hood's splendor. The Upper and Lower Salmon River Trailheads are just up the road, and a multitude of other hiking opportunities nearby.
