On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large quaint brewery.

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Direkt am Drömling, dem einzigartigen Biosphärenreservats, befindet sich unsere Fewo im EG eines großen Bauernhauses. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang. Parkplätze mit der Möglichkeit, das E-Auto zu laden, direkt vorm Haus. Das Hofgrundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ideal für Kinder. Die Schaukel, der Sandkasten und das Stelzenhaus dürfen gern bespielt werden. Den Pool dürft ihr gern benutzen. Ein Grill (Holzkohle) steht zur Verfügung. Wir wohnen auch im Haus und stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Biologically energetically restored outbuilding in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, wonderful view with passing partridges, pheasants, hares and horses grazing in the distance. The terrace invites you to listen to the concert of the birds of a huge oak tree and offers enough space to enjoy the night around a fire bowl. Clay walls, wooden floors, tiles with underfloor heating and a fireplace make the house a beautiful place in any season.

It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking.
