From the living room, you step into the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Relax and unwind in our beautiful vacation home with views over the Jan Durkspolder. Enjoy the silence! With a private deck and completely unobstructed view, you have plenty of privacy! The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

Welkom in het Friese Wergea, gelegen op fietsafstand van Leeuwarden, van het Nationaal Park de Alde Feanen en van het watersportdorp Grou. Welkom ook in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Historical bakery in Wergea close to Leeuwarden

The historic bakery from 1663 in Wergea is 15 minutes by car from the center of Leeuwarden. The house is completely restored and equipped with all the comforts. The decor is a combination of warm colors, materials, modern and classic furniture, with many home accessories. It is often compared to a Charles Dickens atmosphere. Because the house is in the middle of Fryslân, it is perfect for excursions, in addition to relaxing and enjoying. But of course also wonderful to go to Leeuwarden.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Fully furnished, full kitchen, etc. The museums, shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful park (the Prinsentuin) are within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to discover Leeuwarden or cities around it, you have come to the right place! The Eewal is a car-free area, but the parking garage "Hoeksterend" is within 400 meters walking distance. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
