Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from main house. Private entrance, a private bedroom and a private bathroom. There is one b and one b space.

Dicht bij het stadscentrum van Leeuwarden staat Woodpecker, een ruime en lichte bungalow van 100 m². U heeft een eigen ingang en de Woodpecker beschikt over twee royale slaapkamers, beide met een eigen douche en toilet. De keuken is uitgerust met alle basisgemakken. De bungalow is geschikt voor maximaal vier personen. Woodpecker Leeuwarden kan ook via een eigen site geboekt worden. We gaan het laatste seizoen in om ergens anders weer opnieuw te beginnen. De nieuwe bewoners hebben andere plannen

Pakhús 1879 (100m2 in centrum & 10min van station)

Welkom in Pakhús 1879, dit historisch pand in het hart van Leeuwarden bevindt zich op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het station & 3 minuten van parkeergarage Hoeksterend (7€ p/d, 24/7 uitrijden). Het bruisende centrum van de Europese Culturele Hoofdstad van 2018 is letterlijk om de hoek. Het appartement van maar liefst 100m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken: keuken, 55 inch TV met comfortabele bank & salon tafel, badkamer met bad & een royale slaapkamer met kingsize bed voor een goede nachtrust.

From Home to Home (behind the Skating Factory)

‘Van Huis tot Thuis’ is located behind the ‘Oude Schaatsfabriek’ in the picturesque village of Wergea. Also known from television programme ‘Ons Dorp’. The authentic Skating Factory is located along the water and is also the ancestral home of the very first Eleven Cities Tour winner ‘Minne Hoekstra’. In the garden there is one of the remaining workers' houses of the factory, called ‘From home to home’. A wonderfully hidden place! Discover Friesland from the water and rent the boat with it!

Atmospheric guesthouse near the city center

Our cozy B&B is located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets in Leeuwarden. In three minutes you can walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guesthouse is located behind the house from 1906 and has its own entrance, living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guesthouse is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

Sleeping at the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. Making beautiful memories together together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

In the middle of the nature; De Ooievaar+Hottub(optional)

Next to our small nature campground is a beautiful holiday home in the middle of nature. Jurjen made the cottage all by yourself and ensured that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. A large dining room table overlooking the storks, a nice sofa to quietly read a book. A spacious shower with a fine jet. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.

Sleeping in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Unique water villa near Eernewoude

A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve the Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. There are many cycling routes around this area, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the arkenpark
