The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on the historic estate. The apartment is in the attic surrounded by greenery, old trees and the "Gut Drechen" golf course. With a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the living/dining room, it can accommodate 3 people. In the attic (accessible via a ladder staircase) a reading corner is set up. Old beams and colorful walls offer a unique flair.

From here you can explore the city of Münster and the surrounding area on its many bike paths. In the evening, we invite you to look at the large vegetable garden with us, to visit the animals or to listen to the sound of nature in peace by the pond.
