An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Not only does the environment benefit from the creative upcycling idea, but you do also! The Tiny House offers 26m² of everything you expect from a modern micro house. Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The tiny house is located on the premises of Holzwerke Gleitsmann. As a result, the neighborhood has an industrial character. However, the sawmill is closed and out of operation.

The construction trailer is quietly located in the middle of the meadow, surrounded by an old fruit tree. Here, especially families with children can enjoy nature.
