Holiday rentals with a patio in Weser

Basement apartment that looks exactly like the photos, modern, clean, and looks recently refurbished. Despite being in a basement it had a nice indoor climate, not humid or cold. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very nice, good shower, and the kitchen is smallish, placed in a halfway, but we'll equipped. We booked with short notice, like 5 hours before arrival, and everything was ready for us. The host replied very quickly and with very clear instructions (incl photos) that made it easy finding the apartment and checking in and out. We paid about 50 euro for the night, and I must say it was an absolutely bargain!

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, which matched the description and photos. We liked the quiet location on the outskirts with direct access to the countryside, the terrace, the already made beds, the Senseo coffee machine, the spices and teas provided, the size of the apartment and the 8km distance to the lake. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be!

From proactive and warm communication enroute, a warm greeting on arrival, an orientation to the room and facilities, suggestions for nearby places to eat and walk and a little secco to “arrive”. We couldn’t have asked for more. The bed was comfy, we slept like logs. Thoughtful additions were available - soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer and even a razor (which I had forgotten to bring so Thank you!🙏). The owners had planted and tended to the surrounding gardens beautifully. The room had excellent blackout blinds to aid sleep and privacy. Even at night. Every detail seemed to have been considered and designed very thoughtfully. In the morning we sat and watched the early golfers attempting their putting and improving their swing. We could have had a coffee in the room but decided to visit the club house whixh was also lovely. A uniquely relaxing experience :-) such kind and warm hearted hosts, even warm wishes to send us on our way as we left. We look forward to returning.

Very nice accommodation with great views, great for hiking. Somewhat older furniture than suggested in the pictures, but still very cozy and completely sufficient. We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The accommodation is very well equipped, so nothing is missing. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness - everything was impeccably maintained. The rental worked smoothly, the communication was friendly and uncomplicated. I can definitely recommend this apartment and would book here again at any time!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The accommodation was nice, clean and cozy, as in the pictures. The amenities were also great, nothing was missing. We had everything we could possibly need in everyday life, and I mean everything. You can cook and bake properly, the kitchen is equipped with a mixer, bowls, baking tins, pots and much more. We were able to enjoy the great view, which looks much better in real life than in the photos. I wanted to give extra praise for the bed linen, which was simply of hotel quality. If we had any questions, Heike was immediately there for us and was always nice, friendly and helpful. If I am in the area again, I will gladly rent Heike's accommodation again.

We had a great time in Bremerhaven. The apartment is well equipped and the location is very central. Everything you need was there. We'd come back.

We can recommend this accommodation 100%, very nice friendly hosts. There was nothing to complain about. We were greeted with great gifts (cool drinks and snacks). Thumbs up.

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

It is one of those accommodations where you can walk in and immediately feel comfortable. And so I was able to use the relatively short stay of only 2 nights immediately to switch off and refuel. Great. I'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

We immediately felt comfortable in Elke's house. For us and even for our dog there were welcome snacks, everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The furnishings of the house, the great garden with attention to detail and the many things that were ready for our dog we have rarely experienced so far. Our stay at Arne's was really great. We were very satisfied with the house and impressed with the amenities! Communication and check-in went smoothly. It's really as beautiful as in the photos!

The four of us had a wonderfully relaxed weekend in cozy & modern tiny house. We lacked nothing & it was clean, exactly matched the host's descriptions & communication with him was great. We have been coming to Mardorf for many years, the first - but certainly not the last - time in the Tiny House. Thanks to the hosts - keep it up!

As always, Tim's apartment was just a dream. This time we were here with our one-year-old son and thanks to the high chair and super bed situation, it was also just great! The size is great and the location is just perfect for the south beach but also easily accessible by public transport. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. Ulrike quickly got back to us with questions and the apartment was clean. Restaurants and, for example, the Samson pit were within walking distance and there was a folder with tips and suggestions for activities. The guest cards were also taken care of. Clear recommendation!

The apartment was very good. Everything as in advertisement. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee. You name it. Beds were fine. Good blackout curtains. Garden where you could put your laundry rack to dry your laundry. Our electric bikes could be stored in the garage. The bike path starts right outside the door to the center. Public transport nearby. It was warm weather and then it is nice to come home to the cool apartment. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend this place. Miroslav, thank you for the delicious bottle of water.

The accommodation and communication with Sabine were perfect and as stated. It is good to know, however, that although the TV has all the SMART functions, it does not have cable reception with "conventional" TV channels. However, you can help yourself via the Joyn app and with Netflix you always have something to watch. Very pleasant and stylish, great location, definitely recommended.

We were super satisfied and very happy to be guests. The outdoor area was also particularly beautiful. Everything as described, very nicely furnished:) Even a short-term change (my nephew came spontaneously) was no problem, thank you very much again :)

Great accommodation in an idyllic location, ideal also for dog owners, as you can immediately hike from the farm in beautiful forests. In addition to the horses, there are also dogs, cats and chickens to admire, great for children!
