Only a short drive to historic Charleston, SC! Please be aware that the property has a Ring video doorbell on the premises (at the front door). There are no cameras/surveillance devices inside the home or on the balcony.

The beach is complemented by the river, lagoons, and marshlands, it is beautiful to visit all year round.

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Situated on the Main Street in Park Circle you are just steps away from the well known restaurants and breweries that have made this neighborhood the best kept secret in Charleston. Private Pet Friendly Condo

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located place. Walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so it's not flawless. Simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).
