The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The Annexe is spacious and perfect to enjoy with friends or family. There is lots of room all on one level. Guests have the choice of a luxury super king or a kingsized bedroom. The living space is open planned, with newly fitted kitchen and large dining space. Private bathroom with shower. A short drive from local amenities, but rural so can escape and relax. Free parking available for up to two cars. EV charging for additional charge. Allocated garden space.

A self-contained studio suite with private kitchenette, en-suite shower room and garden on the step-free ground floor of our townhouse home. The studio is 5 mins walk to Wantage Sq. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.
