Hotel holiday rentals in West Berkshire

Clean, spacious, and comfortable I stayed for two nights in a two bed apartment with a colleague. Booking in at the main hotel reception was easy and simple. It’s a 5 star service from the moment you arrive until you leave the front door A little bit more costly, but you get so much more for your money than the norm.

We used the apartment as a family of three to explore London. Everything worked out great. The property is a good starting point to get to the city center with a 40 to 50 minute train ride.

It's a very clean and organized hotel. Close to the airport: 25 minutes on a bus or less time by taxi

Wow! What an amazing time we had a the lodge. It exceeded our expectations and we are already talking about going back. The location is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and yet in walking distance of some lovely restaurants and of course the lakes where you can do a range of watersports. We loved sitting out in the hot tub taking in the views, morning, noon, nighttime. We came back so relaxed but also fulfilled with all the family activities we did over the few days we were there. Matt was brilliant with proactive comms, helpful suggestions and nothing too much trouble. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Daniel was very accomodating. The stay on the farm with all the new lambs was lovely. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean and well appointed.

Great place to stay. Lovely rooms, great food, friendly people... would definitely book here again.

Beautiful room, quiet, and stunning surroundings! I stayed in one of their garden rooms, which was so peaceful, with its own outside area. Perfect for sunny days, looking over the water. Watched the heron fly over the water and perch in a tree, through breakfast. Lovely experience thank-you!

Looking for a night away and this was perfect for us - lovely location, we had a ground floor garden room. Had lunch in the bar area and all was very nice and staff were so attentive and could not do enough! Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay the whole hotel was kept very clean and smelled very nice with relaxing views very peaceful area, the rooms were stunning with extremely comfortable bed and pillows and water provided. We found all staff helpful specially Vinash, Matthew and Hannah these 3 stuff went the extra mile to find us everything we needed and make our stay extra special. Thank you see you soon

I came for a quick winter break with my son and we had a fantastic stay. The annexe had everything we needed. There were lots of games to keep us busy in the evening & smart TV was easy to use. There was wine and chocolates which were appreciated and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable too- had a great sleep! The Wi-Fi is also really good here- I did have to work there for a few hours and it managed just fine which was a relief. We also loved the location, the annexe is on a quiet farm, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, all we could hear was nature and wildlife. In terms of the surrounding area we went to the Queen Elizabeth country park to walk the trails there, the trails were really well marked- this place is also great for bikes. Overall we had a great time with the highlights being the hot tub and quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing property above fantastic restaurant serving Indian and Thai cuisine, checkin was smooth and hassle free, room was compact yet felt spacious and had everything needed in a room, everything was clean and spotless, Aircon worked well and the bathroom was ideal, bed was super comfy and the blackout electric blind was brilliant for a lie in. we ate at the Restaurant on the first night and the food was delicious and reasonably priced, Staff were very attentive and friendly and we felt like they couldn't do enough for us, all in all it was a perfect base for us to explore the area and we will definitely return again and recommend to family and friends.

My stay here was charming and very cozy and relaxed which was really perfect for my trip. I booked a regular room, but John ended upgrading me to a private little cottage room on the property which was absolutely lovely. It had a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and all the amenities for coffee that I needed. They even placed milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was adequete, my only real complaint about the space was the drainage system for the shower. It doesn't drain well, and water pools in the shower and I was worried it would overflow. I discovered soon however the drain isn't properly installed, and figured out that by flushing the toilet or turning on the kitchen sink, a pump is activated which them moves the water through the drainage system which then allows the water to drain in the shower. Kind of a headache, but once I turned the kitchen sink on and let it run while showering, the shower drained properly. Otherwise, it's a lovely place!

My parents stayed here for an 80th birthday treat and had a wonderful time in Oxford. The Accommodation was clean, comfortable and easy to find and get to. They had a lovely long weekend. Thank you!
