Just spent 5 nights in Ventura at David’s place. Great location, 2 min walk to dog friendly beach. Very quiet. Great location to explore Channel Islands, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Would book again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfortable

Beth's Bungalow on Whidbey Island is a great place to stay! The view is to die for, the neighborhood is really quiet but also in the middle of the island so it is easy to drive either direction and find restaurants and shopping in Langley or Coupeville. Deception Pass State Park is a bit longer drive but not bad and definitely worth the trip. The house itself is small but well thought out and VERY clean, decorated in a rustic but modern farmhouse decor but with new appliances so it all feels fresh and new at the same time. I can't wait to come back again for another relaxing stay! Beth was a perfect host with very good communication the whole way, made it super easy to check in, and the house book of info was easily found and easy to follow. Check out was a breeze and not much to do on the way out which is always nice. Lastly for something maybe not on all the usual list of things, check out the speakeasy at Skein and Tipple in Clinton when you are down by the ferry dock, very fun!

Super cute home and definitely one to come to if you’re looking for a rustic and easy to use home! Shower is small but it will work if you try hard enough. Would recommend to others.

Incredible spot, truly a perfect North Coast getaway that is even better than the pictures make it out to be. Maria was super sweet and responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. We will be back.

This quaint “hula hut” is the cutest beachfront airbnb you can imagine. It’s overflowing with personality, as well as helpful items for use in the kitchen on the beach. Beautiful living room with roaring gas fireplace and comfy couch. Of course, the star of the show is the outdoor space/ BEACH. I’d pay a premium any day to have those immediate beach access. Since we have a toddler, it was especially helpful being able to just walk out onto the beach-no pulling together beach bags with snacks/diapers/toys only to have them want to go back inside! This is THE perfect relaxing weekend escape from LA. The hosts are also lovely-we forgot an important item, and not only did they let us know quickly, but they were so helpful as we figured out how to get it back in a timely manner. Thank you for that!! There is only one bathroom and it connects close to both bedrooms, so it’s most comfortable for a couple or a family with young kids. For the 3 of us, it was absolute perfection =)

Home away from home with a beach. This has been one of the most peaceful coziest serene homes we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this home was nothing but positivity for our family. The amenities provided by the hosts were more than adequate to provide a family many memories. The seclusion we had during our stay was better than perfect. The host was thorough in communicating house rules and making accommodations during our stay. Would recommend this bungalow for any family to enjoy. Will be back soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants as well as to 2 beaches. We loved the patio- we spent a lot of time on the extra large patio that had an awesome large table for meals and a sunken hot tub. The unit was super private and had everything we needed. The owners were also wonderful at communicating when we had questions. We hope to be back one day!

A beautiful, clean, and stylish house, which Luis & Rose made available to us. A fantastic kitchen with everything you need, a lovely terrace, and all the other rooms definitely gave us a "coming home" feeling. Unfortunately, we only had two days; we would have loved to stay longer. Communication was transparent and timely—great hosts, fantastic Airbnb. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed one night at Hoothaus and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful, private, very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed Abbie & Orion. They were extremely responsive, warm, and friendly. We can’t wait to stay here again. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at this adorable home in SLO! The location is absolutely perfect a stone's throw from High St. Deli, a down the hill to Nautical Bean for coffee and SLODOCO. The house was super cute, cozy, and just the right size for four people. Everything was very clean, check-in was easy, and we had plenty of street parking right out front for all three cars. The hot tub was perfectly secluded and on a timer, which was so convenient. Plus, the host left some local snacks to welcome us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making for a truly relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming place to enjoy SLO!

The view of Waipio Valley was breathtaking. Dan is the host, and he was very helpful and kind. The Cottage was perfect for a peaceful place to relax and rest. We loved the location because it was away from crowds and secluded. We walked the area every day. Honoka’a is the closest town with cute shops and Waimea was close by for great restaurants and busy farmers markets on Saturday. We are not beach people so we didn’t even visit a beach. Thanks Dan for sharing this special spot.
