Richard has a beautiful home! He greeted us upon our arrival, introduced himself, and gave my husband a quick tour. His place was impeccably clean, and the view was breathtaking. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I'm looking forward to coming back with my family. I highly recommend his place!

Beautiful property—neat little nook tucked into the hillside. We really enjoyed the gas firepit on the patio! Really lovely place for adults to stay, slightly challenging with an infant because washing bottles is hard in the sink and the shower head is quite high so no ideal way to bathe the baby. Would highly recommend for adults or families with older children though! Property was gorgeous and the space very comfortable and romantic feeling. Hosts were very accommodating and set up a pack and play for us and were responsive and helpful when needed. We saw so much wildlife on the property it was very peaceful. Thanks! Hope to return!

this place was IMMACULATE and super nice and new. a very modern apartment on the river. a complete surprise in the small town of Delta junction. perfectly decorated and all the amenities needed. soft bath towels, humidifiers, TV, comfortable beds and couches. there were a lot of mosquitos but that's totally expected this time of year. there was a mosquito zapper that came in very useful. the air conditioning worked great and a huge washer and dryer was very helpful. clear instructions we're provided for entry and everything else. it was such a peaceful stay in the river. we even saw a moose crossing about 50 yards away. this was the best\nicest air b&b we've stayed at so far. thank you for the wonderful hospitality, accommodations and amenities!

Great location and accommodation. All round good stay, but should not really be listed to accommodate 3 persons as one will need to sleep in floor.

I cannot say enough great things about this gem of a place. The views are spectacular… I could have stayed for days on end just enjoying the peace and the beauty of the ocean. The space has a quaint cottage feel, and it was perfect for a short getaway. Made me wish it was longer! The close proximity and access to the beach is also a huge plus! Dreaming of going back someday!

Perched right on the beach, it’s that rare mix of stylish comfort and laid-back charm. Wide windows frame an ever-changing ocean view, and the soothing sound of waves rolls in all day long. From early-morning coffee on the deck to sunset strolls along the shore, every moment felt idyllic. We left refreshed, grateful, and already plotting a return visit. Lisa’s place is fabulous and the view is spectacular! The home itself is clean, cozy and modern. The hot tub, the fire pit, and the beautiful outdoor spaces are amazing amenities. Be sure to check out the trail to Sue-Meg State Park at the back of property. You will need a car to get around, but it’s a short drive to the Redwood National & State Parks. Don’t hesitate to book!

Because of our travel schedule & the host's bookings, we were only able to stay 2 nights at this truly lovely home. Everything about the house was perfect: pristine clean, well-equipped with quality appliances, reliable Internet, Smart TV (including a host of DVDs for all tastes), comfortable furnishings, and a tasteful decor free of clutter. The bed & linens were excellent with a generous supply of towels. The kitchen supplies were plentiful with a great supply of dishes & cookware. Beyond the house itself, the location was outstanding: a private pathway to fantastic walks along the Pacific on vast Copalis Beach. We enjoyed watching deer, bird life, and surf out of the picture window. Our only regret was having so short a visit & hope to arrange a much longer stay in the future.

This is the perfect couple's beach getaway! Quiet, except for the music of the ocean's waves, with thoughtful touches that make this condo a gorgeous home to return to each day. Whether soaking in the jacuzzi with a million dollar view, or cuddling up in the double recliner with the warmth of a cute fireplace, we couldn't have celebrated our anniversary any better! Clean and sooo comfortable, we had everything and more, including a visit from two adorable fawns. Thank you Shelley and Dave for sharing such a gem!

This place was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and the view itself was worth what we paid. Very short drive or even walk to downtown and ponderosa state park! We loved our stay and we had no questions the hosts were just that clear!!! Recommending to all friends and family!

We only stayed one night while doing the road to Hāna, and the home was perfect for what we wanted. Very convenient location, and the setting right on the beach was great.

Gilles apartment is a modern yet cozy and has absolutely incredible views of the river and mountains. It’s a walk from very cute cafes (Bacchus and Ethos) and Golden is a quiet and peaceful town full of many options for outdoor activities. We loved our stay and had 0 complaints. Gilles was super helpful throughout!

The condo was in an amazing location and the views were absolutely incredible and truly unbeatable! The place was very clean and loved the small town feel of Mosier! Also loved the restaurant and coffee shop that was walkable. Also checked out the hiking tail behind the condo complex and had incredible views! Will be back

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

Penny’s unit is pretty for a family of four (with kids). We felt like walking into the ocean the moment we opened the door. A welcome gift makes us special to her. We have everything we need inside the unit. Walk straight down to the beach. You don’t have to try to look for another beach. You need a car to get around but things are normally within an hour drive. Penny is always responsive and friendly. Will definitely consider Penny’s place when we visit next time .

1,000 characters is not enough! The view and the sound of the surf are enough to make me want to come here again and again. Speaking of the surf, that was almost the only thing we heard the whole time we were here. It was so relaxing, that as much as we enjoyed our adventures, the thing I looked forward to most each day was getting back. On a side note, we even had a bald eagle fly in front of us while we were on the deck - unbelievably majestic! The place was spotless - I am picky and I have never seen cleaner guest accommodations. The color scheme and decorations give the place a lightness that we also found relaxing, surprising perhaps for a couple of dudes! And there were nice little touches, like the binoculars by the front door. We lacked for nothing and the only regret was having to leave. Christy is a great host. Friendly and helpful, and quick to communicate if needed. She offered some suggestions for what to do in the area, and we took her up most of them.
