Laura and Scott's place was exactly as described. Charmingly retro, I appreciated the book and boardgame selection. Location is suburban but handy to downtown Portland via rideshare if you don't intend to drive. Laura was very welcoming. View from the balcony was wonderful to wake up to and kitchen facilities much appreciated when a takeout break was in order. Looking forward to staying in this lovely peaceful spot in the future.

I am a multiple renter of William’s place and continue to rate it perfect for all my needs. Location is great, William is friendly and very responsive and respectful. Unit has full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Already booked for a month in August. Thank you William!

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my son’s graduation, and it was the perfect home base for our vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and very inviting. My sons can be quite particular—on past trips, they've missed having a gym—but this place had everything: a gym, a sauna, and even an outdoor hot tub (which we didn’t use, but it was a nice touch!). My wife and kids enjoyed the sauna and gym a lot. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery, and while we didn’t cook, we appreciated having a kettle for tea. We brought board games from home but noticed the hosts had also stocked some in the cupboard—very thoughtful! The location was another highlight. Portland itself is a beautiful, scenic city, and this house is nestled in a picturesque spot with lovely views from the windows. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, and my foodie children loved the local eateries. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable trip for the whole family.
