We were very happy to find this gem for a quiet and relaxing winter getaway. Met and exceeded expectations and probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Thank you Stanley! Also the extra games and little amenities, surround sound system, etc… that are included at the property really made the stay that much better.

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

Chris was an incredibly gracious host. We connected after our family had a really rough time with another host. He went out of his way to ensure our family of 6 felt comfortable and welcome. I deal with a consistent amount of intensity in my career, and Chris' place gave us the escape and serenity that our family needed. He was always responsive and available when we had questions, yet very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this vacation home due to equal parts the accommodations themselves, but also the level of service that Chris adds to it all. I would absolutely stay again! Thank you Chris for having us in your lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The hot tub and sauna were absolutely perfect and made the experience so relaxing. Amanda was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It's easy to tell how much care the host has put in the place. Everything you think you will need is already present. The host is proactive with communication and is quick to resolve any issues you might face. Will recommend 100%

Gorgeous cottage! Yana's place was one of the nicest cottages I've stayed at including all new appliances, every kitchen utensil you could ever need, indoor and outdoor waterfall showers, and much more. The access code made it easy to check-in, Yana was fast to respond to a question we had, and the cottage is only a short walk to the beach and a nearby ice cream shop. I stayed here for a girls weekend any there was plenty of room for all of us. We also really appreciated the welcome basket which included mimosas! Overall an extremely clean and well thought out Airbnb. I would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend! The cabin was even more beautiful than the pictures show. We were very impressed at how clean the space was. It is in a secluded clearing and within walking distance of the water. It was the spot for a family getaway!

Beautiful place, we had all we needed and more for our short stay. The house was spacious and clean, cooking utensils and spices were well stocked. There were lots of games and things to do that we didn't even have a change to try out. Host was great and responded quickly when we had questions.

This was our second time staying at Kim's cottage. We once again loved our stay and we're sad to leave when the weekend was over. We couldn't ask for a better place to relax or a better host!

Nice spot right on the water, would be great any season but we had a blast staying there during our snowmobile trip. Could skidoo right onto the river to meet up with the main trails. House is very spacious with lots of games and DVDs but you won’t want to be inside too much with such a lovely property. Hosts were helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s place is exceptionally clean and huge with lots of entertainment amenities. Both kids and adults had a wonderful time there. We forgot to bring shampoo and body wash, but they can be easily bought at the grocery store right across the street.

Giovanna's place was as beautiful as the pictures showed. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for how to get to the cabin, and all of the amenities were exactly as described. We were there on a very hot weekend and there's an A/C unit in the first floor bedroom and fans in the rest of the rooms, but the window blinds helped keep the cabin cooler in the daytime. I would love to come back here again!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Dave's place, and the children were very happy. They saw many little squirrels. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also had a BBQ on Saturday night which was very easy to operate. But remember to bring mosquito repellent. Thanks to Dave and Camille for all the preparation and communication, we will consider coming back again.

Our stay at Laura and Dave’s was exactly as expected. Everything was just as described and easy to find. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating answering any questions that we had. The room was cozy and very relaxing for our needs, after a week of tent camping the a/c was definitely amazing to have in the bunkie. All in all our night with Laura and Dave was a great experience, and would happily stay again.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving long weekend and we were very happy. The pictures make it look a little smaller than it actually so that was a nice surprise. Nice deck and gazebo on the water side of the property and great view from the living room. Big well stocked kitchen with more than enough dinnerware and cookware, all in top notch shape. Kerry reached out to us a couple of days in advance with all the instructions we needed and was quick to reply to a couple of questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great place to spend some alone time as a couple. Nice walking trail by the river. Would recommend the place. Great host. If you get hungry for icecream, head into Bousejour, and find Pennyweight. they have delicious icecream all year round.

Once again I had a terrific stay at Grant's place! I was here for work and my time in the area has come to and end but if I'm ever around, this will be the first place I'll go.

We had a fantastic stay at the main lodge of White Pine Retreat. Tracey and Cheryl were excellent communicators and Cheryl was quick to reply to all inquiries. The place itself is beautiful and exactly as described in the posting. We had a group of 8 people and we fit comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and main living spaces were nice. Having a kitchenaid gas grill available is a huge plus. As a group of fisherman, the location was excellent to access Lake of the Woods fishing spots. The boathouse has electric plugs for recharging electronics, and good cleats for tie ups. The 2 camp dogs are very friendly. Overall we had an excellent time, and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful time in nature.

This was the third time we have been to the cottage. We keep coming as we really enjoy our visits. The lake view is great and cottage provides us with everything we need to get away from the city and relax.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace of rural Manitoba. The house was tidy and it had all the amenities to cook and clean. The location is ideal to visit Gimli, Winnipeg Beach, and other surrounding areas. Lynsey and her co-host, Jenny, were friendly and very responsive to our questions. Definitely, worth it to visit again!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cheryl's place. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The check-in process was smooth and the communication with the host was prompt and clear. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals, and the living area was cozy with plenty of entertainment. What really stood out, was the location. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with fenced area. We are thankful and appreciated the personal touches, like welcome note, wine, water bottles and kitchen essentials. It’s clear that Cheryl truly cares about making their guests feel at home and pamper their guests with warm welcome to their home. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for everything Cheryl.
