Cozy [ 400 sq.' ] bright second floor suite with views. Lots of trees and greenery in a historic residential neighborhood that's nice for walking. Close to the freeway, 1/2 a mile, and the metro, 9/10ths of a mile. Great access to USC and the museums at Exposition Park [ 3 miles ] This is a completely self contained suite , separate from the main house with it's own entrance , pretty much your own apartment.
