Ben and the Team were super responsive, proactive, and detailed/clear with all of their instructions, and also quick to reply to my queries. The apartment is modern, stylish, squeaky clean, and in an idyllic setting (next to a pond with boats, swans, willow trees, restaurants, and the occasional cow!). It’s easily a 10-minute walk to most places in central Cambridge, and the free, private parking is a game changer if you have a car. Would highly recommend and/or stay here again!

Stayed here for a week. Had a lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, place was really clean and organised when I arrived. Met Steve and Kim a few times and they were really friendly and great to chat with, and they made sure that I knew I could ask for anything that I needed. Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

This is by far the best place to explore Woodbridge from and it has parking - right in the centre of town! Clean, well equipped and ultra convenient. We always stay here or 6f if it is available, when we visit Woodbridge.

A gem of an appartement in a great location despite the fact that the glorious past of the building is, well... in the past! The appartement is light and well appointed and has fascinating views of the industrial port and the town below.

I booked this for my daughter who loved her short stay here. Jodie was very helpful with the booking, the stay and communication was spot on. The apartment was clean, modern and welcoming with everything needed for a comfortable stay. 100% recommended.

A lovely peaceful spot with pleasant village walk to the river from the door, as well as easy access to the main road. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed and felt homely and clean. The riverside location was lovely, although rather more overgrown than shown on the pictures. Would definitely stay again.

Great flat. (Worth the climb!) Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Close to shops, cafes and beach but very quiet nonetheless.

Stunning location, responsive host, great set up for our family getaway

I hosted a training for our organisation at Cowlinge Hall and we all had a wonderful time. From arrival, Emily had gone above an beyond leaving us two bottles of Prosecco and homemade brownies (which were SO good!). The luxurious space made for really nice down time between our sessions of work! Our caterers really enjoyed using the kitchen - which had everything they needed to provide us wonderful meals during the week (the caterers came with us, and weren't connected to the Hall). Our team enjoyed walks in the afternoon, around the property or on the quieter roads around the area - the countryside adding much to our sense of tranquility and atmosphere. We made good use of the fire place and ample firewood supplied. We definitely want to return for future events as it was a joyful location to live and work for a week! Emily was very responsive through out our stay if we had a question about something. Thanks so very much for everything - we'll be back!

WHAT A PLACE! Stunning location and being on the water was amazing. The property was very well equipped and deceptively big. Having a bbq by the water made it really feel like we were on holiday (despite the typical British weather). We know Isleham well and it’s a great location to access lots of things going on and the village pubs have amazing food. We’ll definitely be repeat customers of this place and look forward to doing some more fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking and bbq’s when we come back 🥳

This was a lovely and comfortable home for the 3 of us. Best part was the incredible outdoor garden and terrace. We enjoyed the games and books provided too. It was quiet and peaceful. Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay. One word of caution - the road passes very close by the front door, so it’s best to be very careful when exiting (especially for those who normally look left for traffic).

My family and I loved our stay. It was cozy, spacious and the best location. We visit Felixstowe every year from America to see my husband’s family and this was the perfect place and would love to be back next year. Our children especially loved being right in front of the playground and the beach. We highly recommend Ian’s place!

We were five cousins who meet up annually. This was the first time we had used an Airbnb and West Farm Cottage was an excellent choice. The house and gardens were stunning. It was very clean throughout with comfy and clean beds. The open plan kitchen had plenty of crockery and glasses. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden. Booking and check-in was quick and efficient. The two downstairs ensuite bedrooms are ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We did wonder if a grab rail perhaps in one of the showers might be a good idea? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Many thanks David.

Janet and Mark are excellent hosts and we can’t recommend them enough! Arrival was easy and Mark provided some excellent recommendations. The space was clean and had many amenities making the stay extra comfortable. We hired the canoe and took a fun trip on the Waveney with our pup. Communication with Janet was speedy and she was very helpful with any questions. Overall the area was beautiful, the space was lovely and hosts were super accommodating- Thank you for hosting us!!🐶😊☀️

A smart little flat. Only gripes was the usual - lighting: bar one dimmer over the dining table it's just on or off switches. Needs more control. There is one other issue - no extractor fan of any kind for use when cooking. The whole flat then gets the aroma of what you are cooking - good or bad; with the hob where it is on the island an overhead is not a great idea, but new hobs now available with worktop located extractors, I personally would ditch the old one and put one of those in. But over all a good flat - just a shame it's in Ipswich.

Just returned from a lovely 2 nights at Michaels place. As others have said the location is great as it's on the high street and only a few minutes to the lovely Frinton beach. Check in was easy and there is parking at the rear of the downstairs shop. It was really hot and Michael arranged a fan to try to cool us down, he was available for any queries we had, Michael and his partner were really accommodating hosts. The studio was really clean and is very pared back and stylish, would recommend for a trip to Frinton and would try to get to the downstairs weekend bar next time .

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location, easy walking distance from the railway station and the city centre. The apartment was very clean, and it felt very luxurious having a large living room as well as the kitchen and bedrooms. We appreciated nice touches like the snacks that were left for us. The instructions for getting in sounded a bit complicated, but actually it was easy once the pub staff showed us where the door up to the apartment was.

We’ve stayed with Pamela before. She is a lovely person and we adore her place. Clean, quiet, tidy, and in a town that we love. If you are planning a stay in Felixstowe, this is the place to stay.
