Monthly Rentals in West Valley City

Everything was great. Very clean and seems like a safe area. We did have other guests in the basement below us, which is stated in the listing. Wasn’t really an issue for us. Host was super quick to respond and very helpful.

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

Great spot right next to freeways and lots of fast food, Walmart ect. can pretty much get anywhere in SLC proper within 20 min. Only downside is it being on a main road so morning rush is a bit loud and can wake you up if you want to sleep in.. It's on the West side of the city and is fairly quiet and low traffic most of the time. House is super easy to access with door code and has everything you need including laundry supplies. Nice amount of extra bedding and good closet space if you need to hang things. Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind a little traffic noise during rush hours.
