Place was very clean, looks new, lots of natural light during our visit in June, and has a great view of the water and mountains. Conveniently located less than 500 feet from a market, and less than a mile away from Town Square Park in downtown Anchorage. Cha is very responsive and detailed with instructions, very helpful.

We had a 3 week stay at Charlottes house in the lower level. Both bedrooms are quite large, and the mini kitchen worked just fine for a family of 4. The location is perfect for a young family, our toddler was able to walk down to the coastal trail and playground easily every day. It’s also walking distance from so many downtown spots. Check in and out were super easy, street parking was easy, and the place was well stocked with lots of cleaning supplies. In unit laundry was a bonus! Thanks Charlotte for a wonderful stay!
