The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Aviators Lodge Gästehaus Ager

The Aviators Lodge, the Ager guest house is the slightly different bed and breakfast in Westendorf. Here for rent is the apartment that belongs to the house. Unbuckle your skis at your doorstep and linger comfortably in the apartment or in the lounge with a glass of wine. - Bread service on request. - On request, we will fill your refrigerator with local products. - If you would like, we can organize breakfast for you at Cafe Elisabeth or Hotel Mesnerwirt.

The property is located in the center of the market town of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift station are also very close. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. The apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, from skiing to tobogganing, hiking, swimming or simply relaxing in our wonderful mountain world.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
